You're Welcome Here
My practice centers the bodies and experiences that are too often overlooked, dismissed, or harmed in traditional healthcare spaces. If you’ve ever felt uncomfortable or unsafe receiving bodywork, I want to offer you something different.

Safe, Not Perfect. I can’t promise perfection, but I can promise intention. This is a space where you don’t have to explain yourself, where your pronouns and identity will be respected, and where the power dynamics of bodywork are acknowledged and addressed.
Consent is Ongoing. You can change your mind at any point during a session. You can ask questions. You can request adjustments. You’re in charge.
All Bodies Welcome. My studio is equipped with extended tables, larger equipment, and accommodations for bodies of all sizes. Size-inclusive care isn’t an afterthought—it’s built in.
Not Sure If This Is Right for You?
If you’re not sure whether bodywork is right for you, or if you have questions about how I can support your specific needs, please reach out. I’m happy to answer questions via email before you book.
