About Your First Visit

What should I wear?

Wear whatever is comfortable for arriving and leaving. You’ll undress to your comfort level (nude or underwear on) and be draped with sheets throughout the session.

Yes, always. You’ll be professionally draped throughout your session, with only the area being worked on exposed at any given time.

That’s completely valid. We’ll talk through your comfort levels before the session begins, and you can set boundaries about any areas you don’t want worked on. You can also change your mind at any point during the session.

Absolutely, if that helps you feel comfortable. You can also be quiet if you prefer.
There’s no right or wrong way to experience bodywork.

About the Work

Will it hurt?

It shouldn’t. Therapeutic work can sometimes feel intense, especially if you’re releasing
long-held tension, but it should never cross into pain. I’ll check in with you about
pressure throughout the session.

You might feel relaxed, energized, emotional, or sore for 1–2 days. All of this is normal.
Drink water and give your body time to integrate the work.

That depends on your needs. Some clients come weekly, others monthly, others as-needed.
We can talk about what makes sense for your body and your goals.

Integrative Therapeutic Massage blends multiple techniques and is customizable. Myofascial Release focuses specifically on the fascial system with sustained pressure and no oils. Specialized services (prenatal, intra-oral, chest/breast work) are tailored to specific needs.

About Safety & Comfort

Is your studio accessible?

My studio is on the third floor with stairs required. For clients with accessibility needs,
I offer limited in-home sessions.

All bodies are welcome here. My tables are equipped with extenders and can safely support

  bodies of all sizes.

Yes. My practice specifically centers and affirms LGBTQIA+ and trans clients. Your pronouns
and identity will be respected, and I have experience working with bodies undergoing or
healing from gender-affirming surgery.

Absolutely. My practice is explicitly sex worker-affirming.

My work is trauma-informed, which means consent, communication, and your comfort are
central. You’re always in control of what happens on the table. If you have specific
concerns, please reach out before booking so we can discuss how I can best support you.

Logistics

Where do I park?

There’s ample street parking on Indian Queen Lane.

Nope! Just bring yourself. I provide everything you need.

Please give 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations within 24 hours are
charged 50% of the session price. Emergencies and illnesses are waived at my discretion.

For most sessions, it’s just you and me in the room. If you need someone present for
comfort or support, let me know and we can discuss accommodations.
