Personalized sessions that adapt to you

Whether you’re coming in with specific pain, tension from stress, or simply need to reconnect with your body, this session adapts to meet you where you are.

What Happens:

We’ll start with a brief intake to discuss what you’re experiencing and what you need. Then I’ll use a combination of techniques, such as deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, Swedish strokes, cupping, or others, to create the session your body is asking for.

Duration Options:

  • 60 minutes: $[PRICE – PLACEHOLDER]
  • 75 minutes: $[PRICE – PLACEHOLDER]
  • 90 minutes: $[PRICE – PLACEHOLDER]
  • 120 minutes: $[PRICE – PLACEHOLDER]

Deep fascial work for lasting change

Myofascial release targets the fascial system, the connective tissue web that runs throughout your entire body. When fascia becomes restricted due to injury, inflammation, stress, or trauma, it can cause pain, limit mobility, and create tension patterns that affect the whole body.

In these sessions, I apply gentle, sustained pressure to release restrictions in the fascial system. No oils or lotions are used, making it easier for me to detect and work with fascial restrictions. This technique can restore motion and mobility while eliminating long-standing pain.

What Makes This Different:

Fascial work can initiate emotional and physical releases. Many clients experience sensations like tingling, heat, unwinding movements, or emotional release during or after sessions. This is your body’s way of letting go, and I’ll support you through it with communication and care.

Duration:

  • 60 minutes only: $[PRICE – PLACEHOLDER]

Best For:

Athletes, chronic pain, frozen shoulder, TMJ disorders, fibromyalgia, scoliosis, bodies healing from trauma, and anyone who hasn’t found lasting relief with other approaches.

Book Intra-Oral Work

Therapeutic work for chest and breast tissue

Massage to the chest and breast tissues can maintain, promote, and restore comfort in this area by increasing blood flow and lymphatic function while relieving underlying muscular tension.

This work may ease tightness from surgical scars (including top surgery and breast augmentation/reduction), discomfort from breastfeeding or chestfeeding, hormonal changes (PMS, PMDD, HRT), and can encourage greater range of motion in surrounding areas.

Important Details

  • This work centers the chest and breast tissue only—never the nipple or areola
  • Professional draping is always maintained
  • You’ll have as much privacy as needed
  • Requires additional intake and consent form
