How I Work

Bodywork as a path back to yourself

My work is designed to bring you closer to your body — made possible through a multifaceted, trauma-informed approach. My goal is to help create space for you to dive deeper into your connection with the fleshy home you exist in, and find healing within, at whatever pace feels good for you.

I view myself as your body-scanning assistant, creating an affirming, consent-based space where you can relax and reconnect with the body we so often dissociate from (me included!).

What Drives My Work

Everything in the body is interwoven — physical tension, emotional holding, trauma, rest, resilience. My work shows these connections and creates space for release on whatever level your body needs.

In a world where we’re expected to “work through the pain,” I value dedicated time and space for rest and healing. That’s what I prioritize in my practice and my life.

When We Create the Right Space, Release Happens

Over the years, I’ve consistently noticed how many of us hold our emotions in our bodies. When we find the right space—one where we feel safe, seen, and in control—we can give ourselves the emotional and physical release that creates space. Not just physically, but emotionally, mentally, spiritually.

That’s what I aim for my work to provide.

Releasing fascial restrictions can initiate emotional and physical releases. This is not something I force or expect—it’s something I honor when it happens. Your body knows what it needs.
